Use:
• Potable water

Its main advantages are:
• Low implementation cost.
• It is not necessary to use regenerant  (Potassium permanganate).
• Approved for use in potable water by IAPMO R&T.
• The lifetime of the CONTROLL MF-574 is  about 8 years, when used within the  technical specifications for use.

Storage:
• Can be stocked  indefinitely.
• Do not store the CONTROLL MF-574 in  contact with hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid,  sodium chloride, acid sulfates, since in  contact with these products may be  formation of acid gases.
NOTE: * for arsenic removal it is necessary  prior consultation with our department  technician.

ACTIVATED CHARCOAL

Granular activated carbon  CONTROLL GR 900  is a product of plant origin, produced under controlled conditions of activation, providing a high surface area and uniform pore distribution,  which gives it a great adsorption capacity.


O  CONTROLL GR 900  has high hardness and density, large  mechanical resistance, and for being endowed with macropores, it is suitable for treatment and clarification in medium  liquid and gas.


Its main applications are:

  • removal of chlorine in filters  domestic and industrial; 

  • purification of chemicals; in addition to the retention of gases and vapors.

DISC CREPINES

Ideal accessory for retaining filter elements.

Controll Master offers, in addition to equipment,  accessories for filtration systems, softeners,  demineralizers, among others,  the drains  crepine type dispensers. These drains retain elements  filters.


Disc crepinas are manufactured in  polypropylene, material without physiological restrictions.
Withstand temperatures of 80°C and various  chemical substances such as: hydrochloric acid 50%,  50% sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide etc.

RESIN  OF ION EXCHANGE

Used in water treatment to remove ions (cations and anions) by exchange in contact with insoluble granular substances, which have acidic or basic radicals in their molecular structure, capable of exchanging, without apparent modification of their physical appearance and without any alteration or solubilization, the positive ions (cations) or negative ions (anions),  previously fixed to these radicals, by other ions of the same nature that are found in solution in the liquid placed in contact with them. Through this exchange, called ion exchange, the ionic composition of the liquid, object of treatment and separation, can be modified.
